ถ่ายรูปก่อนทำความสะอาดบ้าน เมื่อล้างบ้านแล้ว หลักฐานจะหายไป การประกาศเขตภัยพิบัติไม่ได้หมายความว่าจะได้รับเงินช่วยเหลืออัตโนมัติ ต้องแจ้งความเสียหายที่สำนักงานเขต และผ่านการสำรวจก่อนTake photos before you clean. Once the house is washed, the evidence is gone. Being in a disaster zone does not mean you receive assistance automatically. You must report the damage to your district office and have it surveyed first.
ห้ามเข้าบ้านที่ยังมีน้ำท่วมถึงปลั๊กไฟ หรือโครงสร้างบ้านดูไม่ปลอดภัย ปิดเบรกเกอร์ก่อนเสมอ ความปลอดภัยสำคัญกว่าหลักฐานDon't enter a house if water is still at the level of power outlets, or if the structure looks unsafe. Always switch off the breaker first. Your safety matters more than evidence.
ก่อนกลับเข้าบ้านBefore going back home
ถ้าน้ำเคยท่วมถึงปลั๊กไฟหรือเบรกเกอร์ อย่าเปิดไฟหรือเสียบปลั๊กเอง ให้ช่างไฟฟ้าตรวจก่อน แจ้งไฟฟ้าขัดข้องได้ที่ การไฟฟ้านครหลวง 1130If water reached your outlets or breaker, don't switch the power back on or plug anything in yourself. Have an electrician check first. Report power problems to MEA at 1130.
อย่าเข้าใกล้สายไฟ เสาไฟ ตู้ไฟ หรือรถที่จมน้ำStay away from power lines, poles, electrical cabinets and submerged cars.
สวมรองเท้าบูทและถุงมือขณะทำความสะอาด ระวังสัตว์มีพิษที่อาจเข้ามาในบ้านWear boots and gloves while cleaning, and watch for snakes and other animals that may have come inside.
ทิ้งอาหาร น้ำดื่ม และยาที่โดนน้ำท่วมThrow away food, drinking water and medicine that touched floodwater.
ถ้ามีไข้ ปวดกล้ามเนื้อ โดยเฉพาะน่อง ภายใน 2–3 สัปดาห์หลังลุยน้ำ ให้พบแพทย์และบอกว่าเคยลุยน้ำท่วม อาจเป็นโรคฉี่หนูIf you get a fever or muscle pain, especially in the calves, within 2–3 weeks of wading through floodwater, see a doctor and tell them. It could be leptospirosis.
ถ่ายรูปความเสียหายPhotograph the damage
ถ่ายภาพกว้างให้เห็นทั้งห้องก่อน แล้วค่อยถ่ายใกล้ของที่เสียหายทีละชิ้นTake a wide shot of each room first, then close-ups of each damaged item.
ถ่ายยี่ห้อ รุ่น และหมายเลขเครื่องของเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าPhotograph the brand, model and serial number labels on appliances.
ถ่ายรูปก่อนทิ้งของเสียหายทุกชิ้นPhotograph every damaged item before you throw it away.
ถ่ายภาพระดับน้ำPhotograph the water level
ถ่ายน้ำที่ท่วมขังในบ้าน หรือคราบน้ำบนผนังหลังน้ำลดPhotograph the water inside the house, or the water line left on the walls after it drops.
วางตลับเมตรหรือไม้บรรทัดข้างคราบน้ำ เพื่อให้เห็นความสูงHold a tape measure or ruler next to the water line to show its height.
ถ่ายให้เห็นว่าเป็นบ้านหลังไหน เช่น ถ่ายเลขที่บ้านหรือหน้าบ้านInclude something that identifies the house, such as the house number or the front of the house.
เตรียมเอกสารPrepare documents
เอกสารที่ต้องใช้อาจต่างกันตามประเภทความเสียหาย สำนักงานเขตอาจขอเอกสารเพิ่ม เช่น บันทึกประจำวันThe documents needed can differ by type of damage. The district office may ask for more, such as a police daily report.
แจ้งสำนักงานเขตReport to your district office
แจ้งความเสียหายที่สำนักงานเขตที่เกิดเหตุ เจ้าหน้าที่จะสำรวจความเสียหาย และออกหนังสือรับรองผู้ประสบภัยReport the damage to the district office where it happened. Officials will survey the damage and issue a disaster victim certificate.
ถ่ายรูปด้วยแอปกล้องปกติของโทรศัพท์ และสำรองรูปไว้ เช่น ส่งเข้า LINE ของตัวเองหรืออัปโหลดขึ้นคลาวด์Use your phone's normal camera app, and back the photos up, for example by sending them to yourself on LINE or uploading them to cloud storage.
